CFMA Lake Charles participates in area parades throughout the year and offer children and our queens to ride on the Cajun French Music Association float.  Riders toss beads and candy to the crowd as true Cajun music is played throughout the entire parade route.

CFMA Lake Charles holds an annual Children's Christmas party for children from birth to 12 years of age.  Santa Clause makes a special visit with gifts for all children in attendance.  In addition, there are favors and games for all children.

CFMA Lake Charles sponsors a "Teacher's Wish List" for all French teachers throughout Calcasieu Parish.  A French teacher may submit their "wish list" to Lesa Cormier for approval of up to $200 to obtain supplies and materials for their French class.  To contact Lesa, you may reach him at 337-477-4752.
